PUBLIC HEARTING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & 60  DAY COMMENT PERIOD ON THE USE OF TYPD B FUNDS FOR AN ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,920.00 FOR THE STEPHENVILLE & DUBLIN KOA RV CAMPGROUND

The Dublin City Council will receive public comments for the following proposed project and the expenditure of funds: The Dublin City  Council will receive comments on the economic performance grant in the amount of $11,920.00 for the Stephenville & Dublin KOA RV Campground, to promote economic development and stimulate business and commercial activity in the city. The Dublin City Council will hold public hearings in which all interested persons shall have the right to appear and be heard regarding such proposed projects and expenditure of all funds.

Public Hearings are scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Regular  Session of the Dublin City Council and on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Regular Session of the Dublin City Council: both meeting will be held at the Dublin City Hall located at 213 E Blackjack Street in Dublin. Note that the grant funding for the Stephenville & Dublin KOA RV Campground requires approval by the Dublin Economic Development Corporation and the Dublin City Council.

Notice has been published in the Dublin Citizen and will be posted at the Dublin City Hall Building  Front Window, the Dublin EDC Front Door, Dublin EDC Website, and City of Dublin Website for the duration of the public comment period, which will end on February 10, 2025.
